Automated Solution for Front End Engineering Design
In-Person Seminar

Description
This half day seminar is an opportunity to learn about how Bentley Systems’ new FEED solution and how it helps: Process engineers to manage multiple simulation case studies; Equipment designers to re-use the data to design or rate critical heat transfer equipment; Mechanical engineers to develop their equipment specifications in spreadsheet format; Layout designers to start on the 3D plot plan, and Cost engineers to extract the early design scope for conceptual cost estimates. . . . all while working from a common project design.

Benefits
Attendees will learn how automating the front end design process can help reduce project costs, reduce time required to create 3D plant model and cut plant construction time.

Who Should Attend
Process engineers, equipment designers, mechanical engineers, cost engineers, chemical engineers, layout engineers and managers of the engineering departments in multi-disciplined organizations.

Agenda
Following a light breakfast the seminar will begin with an overview of the Bentley FEED solution and how products from Bentley support the front end design process and establish a common design data set that can be used throughout the entire digital plant design process. The two key products AXSYS.Process and Plant Wise will be introduced. For those who can spend the full morning, after the coffee break Process Engineers will learn more about AXSYS.Process and Design Engineers will hear more about PlantWise.
